This Recipe Makes 4 Servings (5 oz).

Step 1Soak the ears of corn, still in the husk, in water for approximately 30 minutes. This will help avoid the husk from burning while on the grill. [30 Minutes]
Step 2Place the whole ears of corn on the grill over a medium-low heat for approximately 15 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking. [15 Minutes]
Step 3Now simply peek the husks off the corn, and season with a dash of salt and pepper. The grill gives the corn an excellent smokey taste which will help you avoid adding a ton of extra calories from butter or oil. [1 Minutes]

Total Preparation Time: 46 Minutes.
